Past Interns

Megan Reynolds is the Sports Interpretation & Education Development Intern, working directly with Kathryn Leann. Her work for Interpreting Sports is centered around the reinterpretation of sports history and aiding in the education of museum professionals in the public sport history field. As a Masters student at the University of Massachusetts – Boston, Megan is studying to become a public historian with a focus in sports history. Her love for the Boston Bruins, and more recently the Boston Fleet, has led her to seek an internship with Interpreting Sports as well as a Tour Guide at The Sports Museum in TD Garden. Once graduated, Megan looks to continue in the public sport history field and curate sports history exhibits, hopefully all within the Boston area.

Lilianna Palmer is the Social Media Intern for Interpreting Sports. Her love for sports is intertwined with her appreciation for history and culture. As a rising Sophomore at Babson College, her Boston roots and lifelong support for the Red Sox have fueled her passion for a career in Sports Business and Entrepreneurship. Lilianna currently serves on the board of Babson’s Sports Business Club and is part of a group of students that brought a Sports Business concentration to the school that debuts Fall 2024. She is also an avid fan of baseball and tennis, and holds a position with the Red Sox while actively volunteering with the ATP Tour, Best Buddies, and the Celtics Shamrock Foundation!
